We sat down with Anne Lockhart who played Sheba in Battlestar Galactica starred in numerous television shows including Happy Days, The Nancy Drew Mysteries, The Wonderful World of Disney, Lassie. She also has done voice work for several movies like Die Hard, Alien VS Predator, Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer. Anne has also been in Celebrity Riders, In 1983, Anne Lockhart combined her love of riding horses (she has was won championships in cutting, reining, team penning and barrel racing) and desire to help children as one of the co-founders of Ben Johnson’s Pro Celebrity Rodeos. They hold events in 4 U.S. cities every year, and have raised over 5 million dollars so far to support various charities.
Anne’s work has had a big impact on myself, as a fan of Battle Star Galactia (1978), and the numerous movies and television programs she has worked on. She is such a sweet lady to sit down with us while at StarFest and share with us her amazing career.
I had a chance to meet with Cliff Simon (Stargate SG-1). Cliff has been a Model , stunt man, Olympic swimmer and he is very upbeat. When he came by our table he was sticking his tongue out , and basically being a total ham but we sat down and had a very nice chat about his work in the entertainment industry.
This segment was captured while on the convention floor, so there is a ton of other stuff going on in the background, but its was still fun to meet with Cliff Simon
In Bruges Movie review:
Starting Colin Farrell (Ray), Brendan Gleeson (Ken), Ralph Fiennes (Harry)
Bruges a quiet little town in Belgium gets a visit from two hired hit men, to cool off and take a holiday. Only to find out that ther are on the ‘job’ and the job being that Ray is the mark and Ken to carry out the job as directed by their boss Harry.
Although this movie is slated as a comedy and you get some of that from the previews. This movie is DARK and depression with some comedy elements thrown in. A barrage of F*bombs, sarcasm and British does not make up for the message behind this movie. Don’t go to Bruges for holiday, you are just going to get bumped off by your partner (Ken) or your boss.
Bruges looks like a beautiful town and Harry refers to the town as something out of a dream, or a fairy-tale, when he is just wanting to kill Ray for a mistake on his first job.
In Bruges gets 1.5 stars and is rated R: for violence , language, gore, nudity, drug use.
